Bodybuilding Competition

Everybody in the world has a dream of going to the bodybuilding competition but the key to be healthy and intelligent contest preparation is to balance your diet and have a good physician to train you properly. Standing relaxed

The first round of the competition is the symmetry round. During this time, the judges are looking for overall body symmetry in the competitors. They are looking for relationships between the muscle groups. There is no direct flexing in this round. This round consists of toes pointed out at forty five degree angle. Every competitor has their own way of standing relaxed. Every muscle should be tight on stage. The competitors are viewed from the front, both sides and the rear.

Comparison round

This is where the real flexing begins the competitors are called upon to hit the mandatory poses in this round. The judges are comparing the level of muscular development and definition each competitor has acquired in relation to the other competitors.

Free posing round

In this round there will be some background house music allowed and each competitor gets to express their muscularity. The judges will score the round separately in the evening show and therefore puts more direct weight on the round than anyone else. However when looking at the scores given by the judges for this round may expects believe that the score don’t not reflect the ability of the competitor to free pose but one is cure the free posing round is mostly appreciated by the fans in attendance.
