For this, there is a term used- Repetition Maximum. It is the maximum amount of weight a person can lift in a single repetition for a particular exercise. It can be used to know an individual's maximum strength. Maximum strength is the maximum weight the individual should lift. When doing the dumbbell fitness strength training, be sure to start with little weights and then progressively increase the weight until you reach your repetition maximum. Continue doing the exercises until you get tired. Try to be consistent in doing the exercises. Commit to doing it daily. If you are feel pains or you are uncomfortable in any way, it is not recommended to embark on dumbbell fitness strength training. |
