Medicine ball workouts are not commonly used by they can still work for many strength training workouts. A medicine ball can be used for things like lifting and tossing. These balls can work with a variety of weight levels. The problem with these balls is that while they can be useful the range of motion that can be handled with these balls can be relatively limited due to the large physical space that a ball can take up.
